How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
If you are requesting a return and refund, our team will first verify your request within one week. Once it is confirmed that your order meets the refund conditions, we will process your refund within 72 hours
Can I return a made-to-measure item?
Yes, you can return a made-to-measure item, but please ensure the garment is clean, in good condition, and with all tags intact.
Before sending the item back, you must contact our Customer Service team. Returns sent without prior contact cannot be refunded, so it’s important to coordinate with us first.
