Order Status & Production Timeline
Production time may vary depending on the garment type, selected design options, and the destination region. Because each item is prepared according to the order details, the production timeline can differ from one order to another.
You can check the current status of your order in your confirmation email or by logging into your account and visiting Account → Orders. This allows you to track the progress of your order as it moves through production and preparation for shipment.
Please note that express or priority shipping options only affect the shipping stage and do not speed up the production process. Production may also be temporarily paused if measurements are missing, order details require confirmation, or changes are requested after payment.
During major public holidays, such as Chinese New Year, production schedules may be slightly adjusted. Our team will resume processing orders as soon as normal operations return.
Delays are rare, but they can occasionally occur due to specific production or delivery factors. Each garment is carefully made, and sometimes extra time is needed to ensure quality and accuracy.
Production may pause if we need to verify measurements or customization details, or if your shipping address requires confirmation. Additionally, once an order has been dispatched, delivery can be affected by carrier issues or customs processing, which are beyond our control.
Every garment goes through a detailed quality control inspection before shipping. If adjustments are needed, this process may add a few extra days. If your order is delayed, we will notify you by email with the reason and provide any relevant updates on your shipment.
