Customization & Design Options
Most design options are available directly in the configurator. However, certain customizations that are not shown online may still be possible upon request. All special requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our Customer Service team.
You can contact our team either before placing your order or within 24 hours after payment to request additional customization. If you contact us after placing the order, please include your order number so we can assist you more efficiently.
Please note that some requests may not be feasible due to pattern structure or material limitations. If a request can be accommodated, price and delivery time may be adjusted, and our team will always confirm the details with you before proceeding. At this time, Bllmen does not accept customer-provided fabrics for tailoring.
To begin, simply open a product page and launch the configurator. From there, you can personalize different elements of your garment step by step. Depending on the item, customization options may include fabric selection, fit or silhouette, lapel style, pockets, lining, and buttons.
The configurator is designed to show only options that are compatible with the selected garment and fabric. This helps ensure that every design choice works together properly while maintaining the quality and structure of the final piece.
