To request a change, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and include your order number along with the corrected measurements. If the request is accepted, the delivery time may be slightly adjusted and we will confirm the update once it has been applied.
Please note that express or priority orders may enter production immediately, which means changes might not be possible even within the 12-hour window. If your order is still in progress and has not yet entered production, you may also be able to update the measurements directly from the order details page, ensuring the changes apply to that specific order. Updating only your general measurement profile will not modify an order that has already been placed.

To request a merge, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and include both order numbers. Both orders must still be in production and not yet dispatched. Once any order has been shipped, merging is no longer possible.
Please note that merging orders may slightly affect the delivery timeline, depending on production progress and carrier schedules. For group or wedding orders, we recommend contacting our team before placing the orders so we can help coordinate the delivery arrangements.
