Address & Delivery Changes
Once your order is confirmed, the selected shipping method cannot be changed directly in your account.
If your order has not yet entered production or packing, you can contact our Customer Service team to request an upgrade to express shipping (if available for your destination). Our team will confirm whether the change is possible and inform you of any additional cost or impact on delivery time.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, the shipping method cannot be changed. Some carriers may offer limited delivery options, such as pickup points or rescheduled delivery, which can be managed directly via the carrier’s tracking page.
Please note that express or priority orders cannot be changed or downgraded, as they enter production immediately.
It depends on the status of your order and the type of change you need.
Before dispatch, you can update the address, recipient, or phone number if production and packing have not yet been completed. Changes to the country are not possible after payment, as shipping costs and taxes are based on the original destination. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to request any corrections.
After dispatch, we cannot directly edit your delivery details. However, most carriers allow you to manage delivery options, such as holding for pickup, rescheduling delivery, or redirecting to a nearby point. You can access these options using the carrier’s tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that delivery instructions involving restricted or unsafe requests (for example, “leave at door” in public areas or secured buildings) cannot be guaranteed. Changes made close to dispatch may delay delivery, and incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in failed deliveries or return-to-sender costs.
