If you notice a duplicate charge on your statement, don’t worry—Bllmen will help you resolve it quickly.
First, check your payment confirmations or bank/PayPal account, as sometimes one charge is still pending and will automatically disappear within a few days.
If both payments were captured, contact our Customer Service team and provide your order number along with a screenshot showing both transactions. Once we confirm the duplicate payment, we will issue a full refund for the extra amount to your original payment method.
Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
Normally, payment is completed when you place your order, so the payment method cannot be changed afterward.
If your payment failed or was not processed, please place the order again using your preferred method. Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after a short period.
For manual or special cases, such as a bank transfer, if you’ve been given payment instructions but prefer a different method, contact our Customer Service team to confirm whether another option can be arranged.
Please note that once payment is confirmed, the order cannot be modified or canceled, and the payment method cannot be changed.
