At Bllmen, shipping costs are included in the overall price of your order. There are no additional shipping fees — the price you see is the price you pay.
Currently, our primary shipping destinations are the United States and Canada. Delivery time is calculated as production time plus transit time.
Delivery times can be affected by several factors, including product category, destination country or region, and the shipping service chosen (standard vs. express/priority, where available). Express or priority shipping only speeds up transit — production time generally remains the same. Peak seasons, holidays, missing measurements, post-order changes, address or payment verification, remote locations, customs, and multiple-parcel shipments may also extend delivery times. Each parcel will have its own tracking information and may arrive on different days.
At Bllmen, all customs duties and taxes are included in the product price. You do not need to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Orders are shipped from our production hubs. For Bllmen garments, all items are currently shipped from Jiangsu, China. Please refer to your shipping and tracking information for updates on your order’s transit.
No, each order can be delivered to only one shipping address.
If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each recipient. For weddings, group orders, or other multi-recipient shipments, contact our Customer Service team, and we’ll be happy to help you coordinate the process.
